Steeplechase Apartments, located on the south side of Monticello Avenue between Cromwell Ridge and Mid-County Park. Constructed in 1985, Steeplechase consists of 290 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments, fireplaces in select apartments, cable ready, and fully equipped electric kitchens. Also features full walk in closets, washer and dryers in every unit. Amenities only available to Steeplechase residents include individual balcony or patio, fitness center, tennis courts and an on-site pool. Steeplechase is managed by Harbor Group Management Company.
Note that while the apartment complex is a member of PCSA, the apartment residents are not.
