The Colonies

The Colonies, aka Phase VII consisting of 75 detached single family custom homes on the East side of News Road off of Powhatan Secondary Road and first occupied in 2003. The area served as the site of the Parade of Homes. The Colonies is the only area with residential lots still under development. It consists of:

4000 block of Powhatan Secondary Road
Colonies Crossing
Styler’s Mill Crossing
Oak Tree Lane
John Richardson Lane
Beamer’s Ridge
